Refund Policy
Premium is meant to pay for itself on the first server that uses it. If it does not, the first payment comes back.

The 14-day promise
If premium is not right for your server, we will refund your payment in full on request within 14 days of a server's first subscription payment. You do not have to explain why, and nothing has to be “wrong” with the product for the refund to apply.
The window is counted from the first subscription payment ever made for that Discord server, whether it was US$7.99/month plus applicable tax or US$79/year plus applicable tax.
Renewals
Renewal payments are not refundable. A renewal is charged at the start of a new period after you have already used a full one, so the 14-day promise does not apply to it. Cancel before the renewal date and you are not charged at all — the dashboard shows the date every renewal falls due.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next charge; premium runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and premium features stay on for a further 7 days after that. We do not refund the unused part of a period you chose to leave early — you simply keep the features until that grace period runs out.
Your data outlasts the features. Once they switch off, your full ticket history stays available for another 30 days so you can export it, and only then does the free plan's retention window apply again. The full timeline is in the terms of service.
What a refund changes
When a payment is refunded, premium switches off for that server immediately: the monthly ticket allowance goes back to the free plan's, and the grace period above does not apply.
Your data is not caught up in it. A refund does not shorten the data-retention deadline your subscription had already established — that date stands, so any server manager can still download the server's tickets, transcripts and form answers as JSON from the dashboard until it passes. On an annual subscription refunded early, that is a long way off.
How to ask for a refund
Contact us on either channel below and include the Discord server id, the account that bought the subscription, and roughly when the payment was made. That is enough for us to find the order.
- Email swiftticketadmin@gmail.com

We aim to respond to every refund request within 7 days.
How the money comes back
Payments are processed by Polar as merchant of record, so the refund is issued by Polar to the original payment method. Once we approve it, how quickly it lands is up to your bank or card issuer — usually a few business days, sometimes up to ten.
Chargebacks
Please ask us before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback locks the payment into a formal process that takes weeks, and premium is switched off for the server while it runs. Asking us directly is faster in every case where the refund is due.
Your statutory rights
This policy sits on top of the consumer rights you already have where you live; it does not replace or limit them. If local law gives you a stronger right to a refund, that law wins.
