AI setup agent

Describe your server in a sentence. Get a working ticket system.

SwiftTicket's AI setup agent reads the channels and roles you already have, then builds the whole thing — ticket category, ticket types, staff permissions and a live panel your members can click. No config maze, no wiring panels by hand.

Free plan · 250 tickets a month · no card needed

You write

“We run a Minecraft server. We need support, bug reports and ban appeals. Staff handle the first two; appeals are admins only.”

SwiftTicket proposes
  • Category “Tickets” with three ticket types
  • Support and Bug report staffed by @Support
  • Ban appeal restricted to @Admin only
  • Bug report asks for version, expected, actual
  • Panel posted in #get-help with three buttons

Nothing is created in your server until you press Apply.

How it works

Three steps, about a minute

The slow part of a ticket bot has always been the setup. That is the part we automated first.

  1. 1

    Add the bot

A least-privilege invite: SwiftTicket asks for the permissions a ticket bot genuinely needs and nothing else.

  2. 2

    Say what you need

One or two plain sentences. The agent reads your existing channels and roles first, so its plan points at the real ones — not placeholders you have to fix later.

  3. 3

    Review, then apply

You see the exact plan before anything is created. Not quite right? On premium, say what to change and the agent rewrites it.

Features

A full ticket system, not a starter kit

Everything below is on the free plan. Premium lifts the volume and history limits — it does not unlock the basics.

Ticket panels

Buttons or a dropdown in any channel. A member clicks, and a private channel opens with exactly the right people already in it.

Reusable ticket types

Every type carries its own category, channel prefix, staff roles and form. Define it once and use it on any panel.

Forms up front

Ask the questions that matter before the channel opens. Answers land at the top of the ticket instead of being chased through chat.

Transcripts that outlive the channel

Every ticket is archived and readable from the dashboard long after the channel is gone.

Claiming and escalation

Staff claim a ticket so two people never answer at once, and hand it to a senior role in one click when it needs to go up.

Reminders and auto-close

Quiet tickets get a nudge, then close themselves on the schedule you set. Nobody has to sweep the backlog by hand.

Permissions that hold

Observer roles, rules for who can still read a closed ticket, and per-user open limits that stop one member filling the queue.

Every message is yours

Rewrite any bot message or embed, drop in variables like the opener's name, and see it rendered before you save.

Pricing

One price, per server

The free plan is a real plan, not a countdown. Premium exists for servers whose ticket volume or record-keeping has outgrown it.

  • The revision loop — tell the agent what to change and it rewrites the plan
Upgrade from your dashboard

Premium is bought by anyone with Manage Server on that server, and belongs to the server rather than the buyer. Payment is handled by Polar as merchant of record.

Switching between monthly and annual billing uses the prices shown at the time of the switch.

Cancel at any time — premium runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, plus a 7-day grace period. A server's first payment is refundable within 14 days; see the refund policy.

FAQ

The questions worth answering before you install

What happens when a server reaches the monthly ticket limit?
New tickets are blocked until the next UTC calendar month begins. You are warned in the dashboard at 200 tickets, so it never lands as a surprise, and the limit applies to everyone — managers and bypass roles cannot step over it.
What counts towards it?
Newly opened tickets. Closing, reopening or renaming a ticket never counts again.
What happens to older tickets on the free plan?
30 days after a ticket closes, its transcript, form answers and close reason are deleted and the participant ids are removed. The ticket stays listed as an anonymised row so your counts and statistics remain correct. Open tickets are never purged, however old they get.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes, on any plan and at no charge. Any server manager can export the server's tickets, transcripts and form answers as JSON from the dashboard, at any time. An export contains everything still retained — detail that has already passed the free plan's window cannot be brought back by exporting it, or by upgrading, later.
Is there a trial?
There is nothing to start or cancel: the free plan is not time-limited and never asks for a card. Premium is a straight upgrade for when the limits start to bite.
Who can buy premium?
Anyone with the Discord Manage Server permission on that server. Because the subscription belongs to the server, a change of staff does not strand it.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Premium runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and stays on for a further 7 days after that, and a server's first payment is refundable in full within 14 days — the refund policy has the detail.
Do you read our tickets?
Transcripts are stored so your own staff can read them — that is the feature. We do not sell your data and we do not train AI models on ticket content; the setup agent only ever sees your channel and role names, the description you type, and — on the revision loop — your feedback and its own previous plan. The privacy policy lists all of it.
